If you can't come to us, we come to you. We regularly meet new clients at home, at the hospital, or at the rehab facility — across all of Rhode Island and Massachusetts — at no cost.
What happens after you reach out.

We get the basics.
On the first call or text, an attorney or case manager will ask you for the facts: who hit you, where, what injuries, what the insurance looks like. This takes 10–15 minutes. No legalese.

We tell you whether you have a case.
If the answer is no — for example, because the statute of limitations has run or the defendant has no insurance — we'll tell you straight. We don't waste your time or ours.

If you retain us, we get to work the same day.
We send letters of representation to every insurance carrier so adjusters stop calling you. We start collecting police reports, photos, witness statements, and medical records. You focus on healing.
